Setting an Escrow account with an investor

Hello everybody,

I'm doing a buy and flip project with an investor who is bringing the cash investment and I'll be hired as a contractor to handle everything else. The investor will have a very passive role.

I want to work through an escrow where the investor deposits the money and all purchases, expenses and other costs will be deducted accordingly.

This is my first project and I dont have much information/resources on how to set this up.

What is the best way I can approach this?
