Hey my rehab may have been a little more than I expected to bite off..BUT...after 2 months of following the strict letter of CT LL-tenant law, I had my first eviction hearing today, and my tenants are now on their FINAL 5 day stay of execution. Hey I dont mind if they take the extra day, just so I can personally park myself in front of my rental in a lawn chair with a corona in my hand and watch my tenants and their housefull of TJ Maxx furnishings be thrown on the street by the marshall....But either way - they are out, and come April I put 2 properties on the market. Not too horribly shabby. Point of the story is - newbie investing may be rough, but if you stick to anything, eventually it starts to go somewhere. Or so it seems anyway...wish me luck-
