Studio Investing Chicago
Is buying a studio or 1 bedroom, living in it for a year, then renting it out and repeating this process a good idea when first starting out? And is it possible to do this in Chicago? Doesn't seem like theres many fha approved 2 bed+ condos in Chicago when looking on Redfin.
Thanks,
George

@George O. - Sounds like a decent plan to me if you don't have much capital to begin with. The biggest thing for me was just getting started and your thought process is the path of least resistance.
You should connect with an agent like @Sarita Scherpereel or @Eudith Vacio, they both understand investing and can help you figure out some of the finer details!
