Flipping in D/F Neighborhoods?

Im 18 and I would like to try to flip 2-3 homes in the next year or so. I'm just wondering is it worth my time investing in D/F Neighborhoods and rehabbing the properties. My goal is to make $80K in the next year or so. Just trying to start small and build up. Thoughts?
