Which bigger pockets book should I start with?

Hello! I am a college student with 1 year left in school, $50k saved, and want to invest in real estate. I haven't read any bigger pockets books yet but have listened to many podcasts episodes and seen dozens of youtube videos.

I was wondering which Bigger Pockets book I should read first? I've been reviewing several books and plan to read them all eventually such as How to Invest in Real Estate, Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down, The Book On Rental Property Investing, Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. I was wondering which book you suggest as I read first as a student with 50k to use but currently doesn't have a stable income during school.

Thanks in advance!
