Hi,

I want to learn the business of real estate development. I have seen people making around 20% profit when they buy a old home and then build a new custom home and then sell those homes. I want to learn about this business specially from the prospective of Canadian market. I have seen people doing this business in Oakville, Ontario. I want to learn about the steps involved in development.
