I am a newbie to investing. I live in Blaine, MN (suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul). I am wanting to get a few leads on team members who invest in real estate themselves. Looking for some input on the following...

1. Real estate agents

2. Lenders

3. CPA

4. Contractors/Subcontractors

Just starting my journey and would love some recommendations.
