Beat areas to buy rental property around Detroit, MI

Hi everyone!

Looking to start my real estate investing journey with investing in rental property/properties in greater Detroit area. Seeking for insights from locals on best cities/neighborhoods to invest in. Price point <350k. This will be out of state investment, so also looking for any recommendations on property management companies and possibly contractors. Turnkey property is not out of a question.
