Seeking Professional Opinion

Hi, I'm 29 and just bought my first property (3-flat) in the lincoln square neighborhood of Chicago, IL earlier this year. I did an FHA loan so I live in one of the units. I tried to rent the other 2 myself from mid-January to mid-April: between COVID19, starting a new day job, and lack of experience, I did not go very far. So I called back the realtor who found me the house and she's been looking for renters for me since May 1st. Still nothing though and I'm starting to despair. Units were repainted, new kitchens, new bathrooms, new central AC in both (they already had central heat) and new washer/dryer in one of them (other one already had it). I guess what I'm looking for is a realtor, leasing agent/manager or maybe even interior designer, to look at the units (online or in person, whatever is easier) with a fresh set of professional eyes, to tell me if something is wrong with the units....or my leasing team. Either way, I need help! I found BP through its podcast and now I listen to everything Brandon Turner and David Greene write. So I figured: why not take it to the online community?! Thank you in advance for all replies!
