Buying First Investment

I’m terrified, I just put my first offer in on a multi family. The plan is to house hack live in one unit rent the other two. I’ve watched countless videos and read many articles about real estate and analyzing deals. Now that I’m at the edge of the cliff ready to dive in I’m terrified because reading about something only gets you so far. Any advice on how to get over that initial anxiety? Or is this anxiety a sign that maybe I’m not ready for this?

It is nerve racking but if the numbers work then no issues. Remind yourself why you started investing and what your goals are.
