Starting out in Real Estate Investing!

Hello Everyone!

My name is A.J. I am located in Delaware County, PA. I've been ON again OFF again interested in REI. I've read books but never took action. Action is what I was lacking. I would like to take action now! I'm interested in taking a "ride along" with an experienced investor. Id like to be along from the start to the end of a fix and flip, wholesale or any REI transaction to gain valuable information and experience. I know these are "hard times" right now but if there's anyone out there making moves and would be interested in giving me the opportunity to see first hand what REI is like that would be great!
