Which city in U.S to move to?

Akmal Wazeer

hey guys,

I am a 19 year old looking to invest in real estate in America. I am from Canada and the house prices here are so high so I thought I could move to U.S in order to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate investor. I am aware that U.S has 50 or so states and each has different sets of laws regarding properties and investing. Is there anyone here who knows quite a bit about markets in various cities and where would you recommend me to move to? Where is the best place for me to house hack and get a good cash flow while building good equity?

South Dakota: A great Place to live!

And the largest city in the State: Sioux Falls!
