Quick flipping in Michigan

Ralph Lauren
Posted

I'm currently under a VA Mortgage in the home I'm living in. I've been thinking of buying a small investment property to possibly flip quick (within a couple months) in order to make small profits on the side of my 9-5. Does this sound like a good strategy?

@Ralph Lauren I love your shirts!

This can definitely be a good strategy for wealth creation. The most important thing you need to know is where to buy and how much for.

The only way to learn is to start studying neighborhoods.

Get out to as many networking groups as you can and meet local investors who will help you along on your journey.
