AirBnb After Global Pandemic

I am currently interested in obtaining a house in Virginia Beach. After the pandemic I want to start to a AirBnb rental property. Are there any ideas that successful individuals can help me out with that have helped them?

@Matt Williams

I agree 100%. I am looking at a 2nd home that I would Airbnb but the sole purpose of Airbnb vs long term renter is I will want to use it periodically. It’s not going to be an investment for long term cash flow (but it will have good appreciation as it’s being bought distressed).

Having this as long term plan is not recommended and anyone who does it I recommend have some serious reserves. Also have a plan b if your jurisdiction begins to not allow them
