How does this web site work?

Signed in to to view the webinar.  Under education it shows me registered.  Even on this page it shows upcoming webinar and I am registered. How do you access it?

The navigation seems confusing to me.  Wanted to use find deals, foreclosures.  Is that a pay more for service feature?  Seems it requires a credit card.  Should I expect to be nickel and dime (just an expressions) for other features?  Probable good info, but I am just a newbie with no idea how to move forward.

Does this site have a filter (Pro access) to just show me what I paid access for? All find deals cost extra? Term and conditions link.... looks like you need a lawyer for that.  What did the Term and conditions say/mean/cost.  Cancellation policy..... cancellation showed up 5 times, all I can say is i don't understand it, it seems way too complicated...   Like I said just a newbie, no lawyer, just wanted info to educate and hopefully proceed forward and buy my first property.

Ill just wait for the recorded webinar, I guess.

Kinda disappointed, but still have a year to evaluate more.
