Newbie investor looking for tips on REO properties
Hi All, i'm a new investor who's been stuck in the analysis paralysis stage. I'm ready to pull the trigger and would like to focus on REO properties. Other than the sites that require a subscription does anyone have some advice on how to efficiently find REO properties? For clarity, I'm looking in the Northern CT and Western MA area.
