Sourcing/Scaling more off-market deals

I'm a failed Entrepreneur - LOL   There have many ventures that I have been a part of, some epic, others time consuming.  In 2019 I decided to make a bold move to seek income without an office full of employees, opportunity that will allow me to work from anywhere, and create equity that will provide income into retirement.  I have that all figured out now and need someone to help me identify, contact, and work on finding more off-market deals.

Hey @Caleb Charles Morey, welcome to the BP community!

First off, you aren't a "failed entrepreneur" until you give up so just stay confident and persistent.

If you are looking for off-market deals and have no idea where to start, you need to listen to some podcasts on the topic. BP has a bunch. You can also find plenty of information here in the forums. There are so many different methods of finding off-market deals. Here are a few for you to look further into: drive for dollars; direct, targeted mail using sites like listsource; and skiptrace combined with cold calling. Keep in mind, this is not going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination. It is going to take a while to get your system down and start finding deals so just be patient and don't give up.
