2 parcel / ins policy

Hello,

Can a 2 parcel home count as a multi family under the FHA or HomePossible loan?

The main home is a 3/2 bath 1,456sqft, and the 2 car garage has been converted to a 1bd 1bath. The description says that’s its 2 lots side by side that have been platted together address 3110 and 3108.

I am confused on the 2 parcel description. Does a 1 parcel, mean that it’s one property under the same lot, meaning that a 2 parcel counts as two single family homes instead of one multi family?

I apologize if my final paragraph doesn’t make sense.

Thank you !
