Newbie trying to learn the ins and outs of refinancing

My husband and I are about to close on our first duplex, and we are looking to purchase 2-3 more in the very near future. We are paying cash for these properties but we have hoped to refinance as quickly as possible in order to purchase another few multi-family units. An issue we did not expect has recently arised. Since all of our money is in our LLC and we pay ourselves yearly a very small amount we believe we will have an issue getting multiple mortgages right off the bat. We are loaning ourselves money from the business so the mortgages could be under our name but we are concerned we won't be able to refinance all of the duplexes/multi family properties. We would love to hear any thoughts you all may have!
