Help! Which Lead Generation Website do you recommend?

We are new investors (although I've been a Realtor for 10yrs). We have trolled lots of wholesales to get our first fix and flip and aren't having a lot of luck. We are finding that the fees wholesalers are attaching are not allowing much in the way of profit margin when all is said and done.  We wanted to start a lead generation process as well, whether that be through mailers, skip tracing, etc.  I am having the hardest time deciding which Lead Generation Website is the best in terms of analytics,ease of use and cost.  I have explored, Realeflow, Propstream, ReiPro among others.  I've looked through the DIY ones like HudHomes and List Source but don't have a lot of time to a la carte stuff.   Realeflow is super user friendly and has a great interface but they don't offer skiptracing. Leaning towards Propstream but would love any one's experience with them.  I really need something that we can put on autopilot but also can be sure it is giving us the latest data and smart technology.  Any suggestions from experience?
