Encouragement, advice, past experiences, wisdom needed!
I bought a home built in 67 in downtown Castle Rock, CO.
Specifically looked for something I could turn in to a house hack, then eventually sell.
The initial inspection showed a few things in the sewer line, approximately 39 feet from the house.
Previous owner did not disclose any sewage issues.
After 3 weeks in the house, we had a sewage backup all over my lower level that my contractor is turning into an apartment. We had just framed, put up drywall, new electrical and put in brand new flooring, of which quite a bit had to be thrown out.
After the initial scope during inspection, and 2 more scopes after the first 2 backups, we are still unclear as to what’s causing the issue.
I would very much appreciate any words of wisdom or advice. Encourage the needed as I’m normally a super positive go get kind of lady!
