Best Practices for Rentals

Hello Everyone!

I have two rentals and my friend/investor client is soon to have 5 rentals here in Los Angeles.  We are putting together best practices, from marketing to evicting tenants.

I am curious to see if anyone else has already done something similar or has advice to share.  No reason to reinvent the wheel.

Thank you in advanced!

Best,

Rick
