Anyone in Tri Cities, TN
Anyone here invest or have experience investing in the Tri cities in Tennessee?
I'm mostly curious where the tri cities are in TN. Lived in TN for 10 years haven't heard of that.

Allan, they're Kingsport, Johnson City and Bristol.

Near the tri cities airport - Johnson City, Kingsport & Bristol.
We spent a lot of this summer in Johnson City- it seems like deals abound in the C & D neighborhoods!
If this don't work out for us further south, that is an area we may look into.

@Claribel Enriquez I’m a multi family investor in the tri cities. There are several active real estate investor meetups in the area. On Monday we have our monthly meetup in Kingsport at 7pm in the Century 21 office on Broad street. This is a general real estate investing meetup and we usually have a guest speaker as well as networking time. On Tuesday we have our biweekly meetup in Johnson City that focuses exclusively on multi family. We meet every other Tuesday at 6:30 at Sabores in downtown.
