Partnership Structure- Weighted Average

I am considering investing with 2 other people, and are trying to figure out the best set up for what we want to do. We are planning on establishing a system that pays each person differently based on their contributions. The 3 different categories are cash invested, operations, and who brings the deal to the table. We are going to weight each category differently but are unsure of what industry standard is. If anyone has some insight please let me know.
