Any good general contractors/flippers in Philly?

I live in PA close to Philly and want to start investing. I'm open to either flip and sell or flip and hold (the long term strategy is flip and hold aka BRRRR- yes I read the book). It seems to me I would need two "calibers" of flippers. The flip and hold would require a contractor to work with more reasonably priced materials, whereas my flip and sell would likely require a top notch job to reach the highest ARV. Perhaps some contractors could do both. Anyone know of any contractors in Philly that they would recommend? thanks all
