Completely New to the World of Real Estate

Hi my name is Chrisford Fausta, and this would be chapter one of my journey on investing into real estate. The reason why I decided to start investing into real estate is because one I’m still young, 1 month from being 21, and two I was completely lost in college and had multiple panic attacks at my part time job at Home Depot facing the realization that I may end up working paycheck to paycheck for the next 40+ years of my life only to regret it all on my deathbed.

So instead of drowning in my tears, I have been educating myself about real estate by attending seminars, reading investing books, such as “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” “Think and Grow Rich,” and plenty of others on my reading list, and I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast on Spotify. And starting February, I am planning to take my state required course to obtain my realtor license. In the meantime, I’m working on minimizing my personal debts, and building up my credit score.

I know that there is no such thing as a get rich quick in life; that’s why I work hard at everything I do, but now is the time for me to work smarter than I have ever done before. So if there is anyone out there willing to give me any advice, critiques, or experience in this world, then I am here with open arms because I am ready to change my life today, not when it’s too late for me.
