Funding REI Business account with personal funds

Hey BP Family, I feel like this is a really simple question/solution but I can't wrap my head around it.

I started separate business and personal accounts for clean book keeping. I invest in SFH and small MFH. As I need to replenish funds (I'm just starting out)...can I just deposit my personal money into the business bank account? What should I label this transaction so it doesn't look like income?

Before I opened a business account for my 4plex, I paid a handful of bill via my personal account. How can I rectify this?
