STR - Recommendation on booking channel applications

Hello everyone, i just purchased my first rental property and have accounts with Airbnb, booking.com and VRBO, looking for application that manages all 3 booking channels in 1 application and app.  Want to make sure if something is booked in Airbnb, then that automatically gets covered in other booking channels (booking.com/VRBO etc).  Would be nice to handle communications in one spot too.
