Submitting my first offers

I am a new Wholesaler in Utah. While cold calling absentee owners yesterday, there were two people that told me to send them my offer. I have the comps and have calculated the best cash offers for each of the properties, but now need to deliver them. My questions is, what does that offer look like? Should it be in some kind of spreadsheet format or a narritave (letter), with my cash offer at the bottom?? Any suggestions and/or help would be appreciated.
