A Newbie's Introduction

Copeland Duhon
Posted
My name is Copeland Duhon I am 30 years old married with 5 Children. I am a NDE Inspector who travels all over the country for work. We live full time in a 42' fifth wheel camper and do not currently have a mortgage. I am looking to get started in real estate investing so that I can eventually spend more time at home with my wife and children. I am interested in BRRRR investing and have $30,000 to start with. My goal is to have $8,000/month in passive income within 5 years. The market I live in is extremely healthy and aggressive as we are one of the top 5 best economies in the country. It doesn't seem that $30,000 is enough to start BRRRR'ing in my market so I am looking for suggestions on what to do?
