Hey Bigher Pockets Fam, my name is J.T. Thompson, and I'm fairly new to real estate investing. I am living in the Youngstown, Ohio area, and have am interest in buy and hold rentals. I want to be able to buy first multifamily home in the beginning of 2020. I also want to learn how to buy & flip homes once I gain more capital.
