Completely New to Real Estate

Hi all, I am completely new to Real Estate with only a foot in as a new Realtor. Though I am an agent, my end goal is to be a Investor. I am at the point where I have no money, In a little bit of debt, scrambling around to find my first client/deal yet I don't know where to go or what to do. I work around the DFW, Texas area so If anyone have good advice for me, I would appreciate it.
