When do you start building your “Core Four”?
Hey Biggerpockets!
I am reading David Greene's book on BRRRR and was wondering when I should start looking for each member of my team. Being a first time investor I do not yet have the relationships built for having a team in place beforehand.
So as a newbie when should you start reaching out to agents for leads? Should I be ready to purchase right away?
When should you start inquiring with lenders about loans and refinancing options if using BRRRR?
When do you find a contractor or handyman? Do you wait until you have a job to bid or ask before you even have a property if they’d be willing to work with you?
Should you have a property manager picked out before putting an offer in or wait until you’ve closed?
Thanks for any advice in advance!
