Buying properties all over the place
Hey BP!
I am currently focusing on a few deals.
I live in CA and looking into investing on a few properties out of state, the goal is to finding a property management company to take care of The headache of renting it and taking care of the tenant.
I am not scared of starting at all and I am actually trying to buy 3-5 SFR to start with very soon.
I have friends from out of state and each one is finding me a deal in his own city and state.
The issue is that I have found a few deals that are all in different states & cities, and I am thinking to myself wouldn’t that be a bit of a headache to have stuff spread out all over the place?
My main concern is that I won’t find a good property management company in the areas of the properties and I eventually I will need to fly there to take care of it?
Ofcurse when I will want to buy it will take a flight and give it a look first, I just don’t want to be flying ALL the time.
Any thoughts? Any investor that invested in different areas that can give me his thoughts and things to look out from?
I read also some post of people talking about that some management companies can be bad.
TIA, Mario
