Real Estate License or Real Estate Degree
Hello all, my name is Isaac, I'm 20 years old and I just recently finished my AA degree in business administration at a community college. My end goal is to be a full time real estate investor however I haven't quite decided on my career. I'm interested in becoming a real estate agent so I have a couple options before me. I could do 2 more years in college and get my BA degree in Real Estate. However I can't help but feel like it would be a waste of time and money because people say that all you need to start in real estate is the real estate license. On the other hand, I have people telling me that I should go to college to create memories and to network by meeting new people. So my question is if it's wiser to pursue a degree in real estate or to just get my license and try to get hired as an agent with an agency? Or perhaps pursue a degree in Finance? Because I also have read that a degree in finance is more valuable than one in real estate. I appreciate any advice and opinions, Thank you in advance
