Getting started and making your first deal
How did you guys do your first deal?
I've been on around 13-20 duplexes tours in the past 2 months. I did have one under contract, but I backed out because the inspection came back and it would cost too much to fix.
At this point I'm just going on tour after tour to see what duplex doesn't have any major issues. How do you guys recommend I make this process easier and quicker for myself?
