Bay Area Rental Arbitrage?
Hey everybody,
Just getting started in Real Estate, and rental arbitrage struck me as something super promising. That being said, almost all cities in the Bay Area have some kind of Short Term Rental laws that prohibit either:
1) Airbnb'ing out for more than X amount of days during the year or
2) Airbnb'ing when you aren't the primary resident of the home
I've seen online and in a variety of places that people are still able to do this in the SF Bay Area; are they just breaking the law when they do this? Or is there some kind of way to work around these restrictions?
Thanks for the help!
