Which Real Estate Office do I use in Minneapolis

Hey Investors,

I need your help with identifying which office in Minneapolis and Hennepin county to utilize to identify cash buyers in a particular zip. I am a new wholesaler so I want to get the lay of the land of which offices to use for what transaction.

First, I went to the office inside the government building Real Estate Services and they said the do not record that information. Then I went to the City of Lakes in Minneapolis building and he said they only have information about homestead and property appraisals. Then I went to the public works building which I'm not sure why they sent me there. Lastly, I went to Public Service Center Building and then my meter expired so I was not able to speak with the receptionist in that office. I called a number and they suggest I contact the sheriff's office especially for auctioned properties.

Where should I go?
