Owner Occupied Investment Property
Good Afternoon All,
I have been wanting to start this goal of purchasing an Owner Occupied Investment Property forever now because it seems like the start of one stream of income/cash flow towards my financial freedom. However, currently I live in NJ and can only really afford $800 for rent and that including all fees until i pay off my student loans in approximately 4 years. I really don't want to wait that long to purchase my house hold but it seems bleak unless I get a higher paying job or I miraculously pay off my loans which will bring me towards a $1200 a month which is more reasonable, however in New Jersey thats still nothing. Currently I live with family only paying $500 a month and my top priority is paying off my loans. Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated in being a catalyst towards my dream life. Thank you for your time in reading this.
Best,
Sandro
