Invest or pay off credit cards
Quick question to my fellow biggerpocketeers ... I have $20k cash but have $11k in credit card debt.
Should I invest in a rental or pay off my CC first? Your opinion and why

What are your percentages of utilization on the credit cards? If you have high utilization then paying them down will raise your credit score and put you in a better position to invest. If you have low utilization percentages then you are in a better shape to invest. But ultimately it depends on if you can afford the monthly payments, etc.
