Inherited rental property, should I liquidate and buy more?

I've recently inherited (along with my brother) a duplex out right. No money owed on the house or loans. One side of the duplex is rented out (pocketed revenue), and the other side I live in. I want to extend and leverage my options, so what should I do? Sell the property and put multiple down payments on other rental properties? Take out a HELOC and put a down payment on another property? I feel like I am sitting on my hands with a paid off rental property (200,000 estimated value). With 800 dollars of monthly rental income.
