Choosing A Realtor

Posted

Hey guys!

I’m in a position were I want to fire my realtor and get a new one. I haven’t signed any paper and don’t plan on it until I am satisfied with the terms.

I guess the real question is, is it usual for realtors to present an agreement to deal with them and only then if a broad area in my city?

This is my first realtor and I don’t believe in just going with the first pick. How many realtors does one usually go through? I’m not trying to be locked down for the remainder of the year with this particular realtor.

Thank you for your time.

              All advice is welcomed.
