Investing with Bad Credit

Hi everyone! Was just hoping that anyone who has purchased investment property with bad credit would share their story? Really excited to pull the trigger at the end of the year but still nervous about my bad credit. PS: working on my credit, but don’t think it will be high enough by the time I find a deal in my area.

Thank you

Andrew

Fix your credit before you consider investing. Take the time to educate yourself on investing, finance's and real estate while you are working on it. Plenty to learn and it takes time. Once you get your credit back up to high 700s you will be ready to begin.

No point in starting at a disadvantage.
