Hello everyone!

I’m a brand new investor that just purchased land in central Texas and currently in the process of getting my 2 lots surveyed and replotted into 1 lot. My goal is to build a duplex on this piece of land and generate passive income!

Any ideas on how to research for contractors as I would like to have my foundation pour before the end of this year!

Thanks in advance!!
