Choosing Accounting Software

My accountant recommended setting up Quickbooks with classes to keep my rental property expenses separate- however it is $60/mo to have the "class" option which seems expensive. Are there any other options that are less expensive or better?

You need Quickbooks Desktop version. Buy your software! It's a business expense...
