Gotcha!  I follow Jake and Gino.  They document the how for multifamily investing fairly well.  This site defiantly has some good information on the podcasts that you should be able to search for.  The B/P blog has some great information.

I personally liked the "Multi Family Millions" by Dave Lindahl. I found it very helpful.
