@Anita Williams

First thing, figure out your investing strategy cash-flow or appreciation? This will make it easier for you to research just for Markets that focus on your personal strategy

 Get to know the market, area, taxes, average insurance costs, landlord laws, expenses on the property, rental demand? all these will really allow you to know if that specific market is worth investing in. I'm not familiar with that market but these are a few major things I myself consider in finding a good deal.

Good luck to you!
