1st WHOLESALE DEAL! Houston, TX

My first post too. Glad to be among the Pro's finally, so let's put it to the test ;)

I'm fairly new in real estate investing & in Houston/New Caney, TX 77357. 1 1/2 full time, formerly 25 yr oil & gas Pro. After 100s+ of research hrs on investing (webinars, siminars, www and reading etc-right?), I finally found BP & just joined Pro.

SHORT STORY: I did do 2 quick flips/buy sell last year. I have my first Wholesale deal (5 suburban lots) ready to go, and it's a distressed property with a very motivated seller- I'm a little anxious bc it's a big ROI...yes.

My Point

After some appreciated and good encouraging advice from here....

I'm still stuck at the moment on this wholesale bc I'm not sure if I have the right docs, and the right info in them for my deal, my area etc.?! (frustrating) One between seller and then one between buyer and me-Done! Right... Purchase Agreement and Assignment of Contract.

Yes I can do it but geez as to when, I am am a week+ into searching sooo ...if it's today or next week either I'll write my own or pay an attorney as a last resort; but the right documentation is crucial and yet only ever brought up if it's wrong.

Actually that's why I joined BP Pro last week to see just how valuable it is in a "real deal goin down time"

HEY! possibly someone here, say preferably a BP Pro in my area of Houston, TEXAS steps up (as I've often done in my CAREER) and just in an INSTANT somebody helps; sends the Purchase Contract & Assignment templates over that they've used w a few tips and they're glad to help! Honestly that's what I'm betting on! I do have the ones from the Pro library on BP...and they look good but...?

Thanks & GOD SPEED!

@Guy Gimenez is correct. I recommend you use BP to ask other successful wholesalers in your area for attorney referrals.
