Investor Payback on Initial Investment - Looking for Examples

No money down, the dream scenario for all Real Estate Investors!  I'm looking for real life examples of paying back an initial investor for their part in the deal.  

EX: 

Price: $100,000 Multi-Family Home 

Need:$10,000 for Bank Financing (Assuming 10% will cover the banks requirements) 

QUESTION I NEED ANSWERED: Investor backs me the $10,000 - Whats a reasonable time frame and % interest to pay said investor back?
