Rehab kitchen and sunroom

Andrew Wells

Hello all,

So I’m looking to do a househack in a duplex and have a question regarding rehab. Im looking to live in and rehab the unit on the top of the duplex. The back portion of the upper unit has a large 3 season sunroom off the back of the kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen is currently cramped and unattractive, and I’d like to expand the kitchen into the 3 season sunroom, and do the same with master br. Looking for input on if this type of rehab, would be worth the cost? And is it possible to convert a 3 season sunroom without having to spend way too much money. Thank you!
